Meet Nancy

Nancy Yavorsky, a REALTOR/investor, is committed to providing excellent service for all your real estate needs. She is a licensed broker in California and is a Certified E-Pro, EcoBroker, a LEED Green Associate, and a certified Preforeclosure Specialist.  Her training will provide you with "value-added" services for both the high-tech marketing of your properties,  the identification of "green" environmental features in homes, and the negotiation of short sales and bank-owned property sales. 

Prior to joining Keller Williams, she was a city planner, specializing in housing, historic preservation and community development, and drafted environmental impact statements for both housing and transportation projects.  She is also a real estate investor and will use these experiences to help give you a unique perspective  -- whether you or buying or selling a home or an investment property.

After business hours, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son and the family dog.  She especially enjoys traveling with them and looks forward to seeing many more parts of the world one day.

Her team is composed of real estate professionals with specialized experience in contracts, contract execution, mortgages, title insurance, escrows and the whole range of specialties involved in both residential sales and investment property acquisition.
